Mickey

Mickey is the owner of Sticky's Bar. He is the first person who gives you missions to do. He also informs you that he knows your father, Tommy Moretti. His daughter, Rachel also helps in giving you missions. Later he was opened a new bar The Den, where's located in Kingswood.
